When the original Kick Ass Cowgirl posse came together, it was an instant bond of like minded "sisters-in-horses". Continually this group supported each other through hardships and difficulties. They share in each other's triumphs and occasionally, when needed, they kick each other in the ass.

KAC wants to pay it forward now. We know first hand how horses lift us up, keep us going and never let us down. We couldn't live without our four legged kids! This is why we do this … to share our love for horses and the Kick Ass Cowgirls who are there for them ♥ 
Here's the deal!

Any up and coming horsewoman who needs a little extra push to get into the spotlight, get down the road to victory or is just plain down on her luck, let us know about her.

Each month we release a new t-shirt design and the majority of the proceeds go toward a fund to spur a fantastic KAC toward her goals.

We accept nominations for Cowgirl in Need from friends, neighbors, even Mommas just not from the cowgirl herself. Send us a photo along with the story of your favorite cowgirl and why she deserves to be recognized.

*Any cowgirl nominated for October's CiN MUST be involved in the "rodeo" scene and be at LEAST 16yrs of age. NO EXCEPTIONS! Barrel racing, roping, pole bending, cutting, reining, team penning, bronc riding, you name it! If it takes place in the rodeo arena, & they're a die hard competitor, they're eligible to be nominated.

*Nominations begin Monday, September 26th, and go until October 3rd. NO NOMINATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER OCT.3rd, MIDNIGHT eastern time!

*NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO NOMINATE THEMSELVES! If you do so, you will be disqualified.

*Anyone previously nominated or in the previous TOP 5 during another CiN is not eligible to enter.

*To nominate a cowgirl, post on our wall ONE pic of them kickin ass in the arena along with the name of the cowgirl who you are nominating, her age, state, and a description of why you think they deserve to be the next CiN winner. 

 

*After all nominations are in, Steph & I will pick the TOP 5 stories that we think deserve a lil extra push from the Posse and will post them for voting on October 4th. This is a TOUGH job, so please give us a break and don't expect the TOP 5 to be posted by lunch lol We do our best to have it up by dinner time ;)

*Voting will begin Oct.4th & end on Oct.16th, midnight EST

*NO VOTING ALLOWED UNTIL THE TOP 5 IS POSTED on October 4th!

*Only ONE VOTE PER PERSON! If you vote for more than one cowgirl OR vote multiple times for the same cowgirl, ALL your votes will be deleted and you will no longer be allowed to participate in the voting.

*If we suspect that FAKE PROFILES are being created to VOTE in order to boost numbers for a certain cowgirl in the TOP 5, ALL votes from questionable profiles will be deleted and the cowgirl may be disqulaified!! PLEASE Y'ALL, DON'T CHEAT! There is nothing worse than a cheat, & this posse does not tolerate cheats well ;)

**WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED THE WEEK OF THE 17th, once all votes are tallied =)
